agree that the more partners you dance with, the better dancer YOU will be! So put on those

This is a discussion seminar. A great class for anyone that steps on a dance floor and
interacts with others. We discuss how to ask someone to dance, how to turn someone down
(there's more to it than you think) We discuss expectations people have while on the dance
floor, discuss personal hygiene topics. We then talk about dance and it's impact on
relationships, dating, marriage and more. Bring something to write with-- there will be handouts
and questionnaires.
Monday Night June 21st Spin & Turn Techniques
7:00-8:30 $9 CCC members $10 Non members
My favorite class to teach. I cover exercises to strengthen your ankles, legs and core so that
you have better control over movements. We work on movements from foot to foot and finally
we work on various spins, how to execute them, lead them and follow them. A great class for
dancers of any level, men and women.
The club is closed on Monday and Tuesday nights. Bring your favorite soft drink or water. Kids
welcome on Mon and Tues nights as long as they play quiet and no running around.
Tennis shoes and flip flops are not recommended for any dance.
