Joyce's DEAL: Just let me know when you want to go up and stay in my townhouse; I'll check the
availability and, if available, you've got it and AT A DISCOUNT.   I can call and reserve it as Owner
Guest. That way, I don't have to pay the rental agency and you don't pay taxes, usage fee, AND get a
discount !. . . it's even more reasonable in the winter months.

March through November - $100 per night + $33.00 cleaning fee per stay

December through February - $70.00 per night + $33 cleaning fee per stay
