| Lake Tawakoni Camping Trip May 5-6, 2006 Yes, it rained, but it didn't dampen our spirits! Sure George's tent had a leak, and Sherry had to seek refuge in her car from the winds and rains. And it was muddy. But it WAS cool, almost cold, and we had a pavilion over our heads that kept us dry! Jim and Jason kept the trot lines going, and we had plenty of fresh, fried catfish...cooked to perfection by Boyce! And the breakfast...hot coffee and hot breakfast started each day perfectly! Needless to say, we were well fed! |
